Description

RSW Ltd are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Pontypridd.

You need to supervise the warehouse operation covering all aspects of material management, data quality, site QHSE objectives, customer KPI targets and customs bond obligations.

Responsibilities:

To be the key focal point of all goods received, handled and despatched throughout the warehouse and management system, with special emphasis on compliance, stock accuracy and accurate labelling of all goods.
Ensuring material is stored safely and in line with customer requirements.
Receive instructions to pick material and ensure it is packed fit for its journey in accordance of high value material handling.
Ensure compliance with all ISO, company and legal requirements with special attention to aviation and premises security, health and safety and dangerous goods handling.
Ensure strict compliance with customer service and quality requirements.
Ensure that all service failures, damage, discrepancies and incidents are acted upon effectively and reported and recorded according to the internal NCR process.
Ensure full compliance with warehouse and forecourt image.
Develop the team by setting both team and individuals objectives.
Be the key focal point for all customers for escalation purposes.
Manage the AOG rota for the site and assist by covering absence.
Oversee T1 requirements at the site.
Maintain team training records in line with site requirements.
Support the Warehouse Manager with site obligations where required
Experience within a demanding warehouse environment of an equivalent position desired
Experience within the Aerospace & Healthcare industry desirable.
