Percival are excited to be working exclusively with ellenor to help them recruit for a new Individual Giving Manager. The post holder will join a growing fundraising team to aid in ellenor's mission of providing specialist palliative care for adults and children.
ellenor is a pioneering hospice charity with an Outstanding CQC rating, providing compassionate care and support to individuals of all ages facing life-limiting illnesses. ellenor is a specialist palliative care provider for adults and children in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, and children across the London Borough of Bexley.
Title: Individual Giving Manager
Salary: £33,871 - £35,933
Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hours), Permanent
Location: Hybrid 1-2 days in Swanscombe (Kent) office
Reports to: CEO, Director of Income Generation, Head of Individual Giving
Direct Reports: Senior Individual Giving Officer, Individual Giving Officer
This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of various individual giving fundraising activities such as face-to-face fundraising, direct mail, telemarketing, and digital platforms. You will be instrumental in acquiring new supporters through in-memory fundraising activities, one-off cash, and regular giving appeals, expanding our donor base to include a diverse demographic.
