About the Associate Creative Director role
Our client, an award-winning social media agency, are on the hunt for an Associate Creative Director to join their rapidly growing team.
The new Associate Creative Director will have a heritage in social media and will provide creative leadership, elevating the creative output across one of the agencies key client accounts.
Reporting into the Creative Director and managing a small sub-team of creators, the responsibilities for the Associate Creative Director will include the following:Lead a team of creative individuals with expertise spanning the social landscape
Oversee day-to-day operations and output, including managing multiple projects and deadlines
Align with the Creative Director to drive a strong creative vision and team collaboration
Budgeting and commercial ownership
Provide inspiration through creative leadership
You'll be a creative leader, looking for your next challenge in an award winning, purpose driven, creative social media agency.
Skills and experience needed for the Associate Creative Director role:Experience in a Senior Creative role at an agency, with a focus on social media
Deep understanding and preference for social and digital platforms
Strategically minded and expert in creative strategy
FMCG brand experience
Visual/art background and strong on copy
