AV Technical Support Assistant
London salary up to £30,000


The Role:

  • Provide support on an individual basis to users at all levels of seniority on Audio Visual equipment connectivity
*Set up and support meetings and conferences as required

*Fault handling and tracking to all AV fault related tickets raised via ticketing system and monitor life cycle

*Provide 1st line troubleshooting of any AV systems failures

*Event support - preperation/rehearsals/coordination of rental equipment

*Will have knowledge in meeting room audio and vido conference systems

*The ability to multitask and work under pressure to strict deadlines

*Self motivaed and the ability to use your own initiative appropriately and calm under pressure

*Working Monday-Friday covering 7am-7pm - shifts early standard late
