Team Overview:

Markets Operations at Citi has embarked on a significant, multi-year transformation covering all aspects of designing and delivering a future state target operating model: risk and controls, regulatory compliance, process re-engineering, automation, people and culture, data transformation, technology investment and client service.

This is a large and complex undertaking.

The role will act as a lead PMO to support to the portfolio of Markets Operations programmes and commitments.

The role has a critical part to play in meeting key regulatory deliverables, building and maintaining the portfolio of change activity and helping establish and oversee appropriate governance, financial management and risk management.

Responsibilities:

Help drive the PMO process for Markets Operations Transformation
Provide program and portfolio governance, oversight and monitoring
Review existing PMO process across Markets Operations and propose and implement appropriate changes.
Implement a portfoliolevel process across program risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
Review, document and help run governance processes across the portfolio.
Oversee a process to endtoend program plans and tracking of progress and changes.
Manage the process around budgets, prioritisation and new project initiation
Set up a business case methodology
Help set up and implement benefit metrics and benefit tracking
Ensure each project and programme has clear delivery plans in a consistent manner across the portfolio
Build strong relationships and coordinate with key stakeholders
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
Take an active role in book of work review at an initiative, program and/or project level. Be able to assess performance and trends related to the book of work that is being reviewed and communicate findings.
Ensure PMrelated escalations are addressed in a correct and timely manner.
Identify PM and PMO related tools and put those in place
Implement frameworks across Quality Metrics, the PM Risk Appetite, Status Reporting, and spot check results.
Interface with risk and control functions to ensure change risk management is robust across the portfolio.
Work with PMO functions to ensure Markets Operations Transformation is correctly aligned to other areas including but not limited to ICG Operations Transformation Office, Markets Transformation, Operations Solutions and Markets front office technology.
Collaborate with chief of staff teams on headcount and budget processes and controls.

Qualifications/Must Have Skills:

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred
610 years' experience in a fast paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operations organization
Selfreliant, good problem solver, results oriented with attention to detail
Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business as an advisor and business partner to the organization with a clear client orientation.
Strong risk management and control mindset
Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies
Demonstrate experience as someone who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams
