Job Description Senior Commercial manager roleHybrid working in South Yorkshire
Our client, a leading utilities business, currently have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to work within a a growing commercial department, with line management of 2 people.
The role holder will have the opportunity to lead the full contract lifecycle. Ideally you will come from a law/business degree background and have started your journey in a commercial contracts function.
Identify the risks, liabilities and commitments of contractual agreements; Reviewing, drafting, updating and maintaining contract documents
Monitoring and reporting performance and compliance against contractual obligations including commercial performance, financial management and contract management
Monitoring customer satisfaction
Working with the contract delivery teams to ensure that the management of change request process and change implementation is carried out in line with the contracts.
Reporting on progress of change requests and projectsReviewing contract performance, assessing commercial risks and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to manage the risk
Assuring adherence to Group Commercial Policy
Supporting the client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post contract signature, to achieve the orders, profit and cash budget and overall management of the Client relationship.
Support the delivery streams who are responsible for the delivery of projects and provide clear direction working with the client engagement team.
