- Working across all homes in your region, you will ensure each one provides high standards of customer care and services in line with company policy, customer expectations, service level agreements and current legislation
- You will manage home performance, conducting monthly reviews to drive key areas such as occupancy levels, commercial awareness, customer focus, quality standards, people management and hours management.
