We have recently created a new Service Booking team at LeasePlan and we are looking for someone in this role to handle, manage and accurately steer maintenance service requests to our LeasePlan preferred supplier networks.

In exchange we offer a starting salary of £23,000 and competitive benefits such as 25 days holiday (plus your birthday).

If you have a strong customer background, can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, have a basic understanding of how a vehicle works, have ability to negotiate and influence situations, be computer literate, and have a great professional manner please apply


Key Responsibilities Facilitate the 'LPUK SIMS Roll Out' initiative by being open to adapting new effective service booking practices- Gain and develop a good understanding of the different LPUK Supplier networks to accurately steer the bookings to the correct network based on customer requirements.- Make follow up and check point calls to garages and obtain the latest information on the customer scheduled bookings to cascade up to date information to LPUK Customers- Meet all agreed SLA's and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)- Maintain a high level of service focus, ensuring LeasePlan Service Style is adopted and supported always.- Keep abreast of market conditions and specific industry and organisational changes.- Work with other departments and look for ways to continuously improve the end-to-end customer experience for LeasePlan Service Booking Customers.

Required Skills & Experience- 5 GCSE's or equivalent, typically grade C or above, must have at least grade C in English and Math's
