Your Experience Should Include:

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing debt recovery cases, preferably within local authority utility companies.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate repayment terms effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Litigation Knowledge: Understanding of legal procedures related to debt recovery, including issuing claims and enforcement proceedings.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess the financial situation of debtors and recommend appropriate recovery strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, debtors, and legal professionals.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales, with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Alternatively, hold an equivalent or similar foreign qualification coupled with current and relevant experience working within the English legal system.
