Page 1 Recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a specialist comparison platform in Cardiff.

Due to continued growth, our client is currently on the lookout for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be working closely with the other members of the Customer Relationship Management team.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for Customers
  • Making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Handling complaints when necessary
  • Processing orders and payments
  • Working closely with other departments within the business
  • Building strong client and customer relationships

Key skills include:


  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience working with B2B customers and managing customer accounts
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Team player who isn't afraid to go the extra mile
