    Sales Executive

    Cardiff

    £25000 (OTE £30 000 – £35 000)

    Page 1 Recruitment is delighted to collaborate with a specialist comparison platform in Cardiff. As a result of consistent growth, our client is currently searching for a Sales Executive to join their team. The company offers a welcoming and helpful work environment, providing genuine opportunities for progress and advancement.

    As a Sales Executive, you will collaborate closely with other members of the Business Development team, and some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Handling inbound and outbound inquiries from potential clients.
    • Working towards team and individual goals.
    • Establishing solid connections with potential new partners.
    • Creating numerous emails daily to enhance conversion rates.
    • Managing some accounts.
    • Expanding the partner network.
    • Working in coordination with other departments in the company.

    Key skills necessary for this role:

    • Minimum of 1 year of B2B telesales background.
    • Experience in nurturing leads and forming relationships with business prospects from initial contact to converted customers.
    • Outstanding communication abilities (both written and verbal).
    • Passion for conducting direct outbound telemarketing calls.
    • Effective team player.
