Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator

Leeds (remote - must be able to travel to Leeds once a week)

Circa £24,000

12-month FTC - view to go permanent


I'm working with a non-profit organisation with a UK office in Leeds city centre who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator to support with the day to day administration of the recruitment team.


Reporting to the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager, the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for managing the Recruitment inbox, ensuring the ATS is kept up to date and coordinating interviews.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment inbox.
  • Dealing with general recruitment enquiries and responding to hiring managers.
  • Ensure all information is updated onto the ATS.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Sending offer letters and welcome letters to new starters.
  • Carrying out Right To Work checks.
  • Any other administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a recruitment setting would be beneficial.
  • Extremely wellorganised.
  • Ability to use own initiative, escalating any issues as and when required.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customerservice mindset.
This role is Leeds based (remote), a 12-month FTC and offering circa £24,000 per annum.

Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
