Working in an integrated health and social care function, the main purpose of the role will be to monitor and support quality improvement of commissioned adult social care services.

You will undertake this through a variety of different contract monitoring and quality improvement approaches which include visiting services, engaging with services users, carers, Providers and their staff and other key stakeholders.

Your experience of adult social care services and your passion for the role will support services to deliver the very best quality to ensure that service users outcomes are met.
