    Company Description

    Our Eastern Region Cost Management business unit continues to grow, with specific demand within various markets where we have secured positions with many high profile clients and on key local projects.

    We are currently seeking a full-time Director with proven experience to be a core part of our leadership team in the East of England.

    About Our Team:

    We are a region of over 100 construction professionals, delivering solutions for our diverse client base and promoting personal and career development.

    This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting team in the marketplace.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You will work alongside other Directors to manage, grow and deliver Cost Management duties on various projects.
    • Direct client liaising and being responsible for business development.
    • Leading and supporting the internal team on complex projects.
    • Developing collaborative relationships with clients and industry colleagues.
    • Ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining client satisfaction.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Experience in client relationships and business development.
    • Ability to lead, manage, and deliver business development opportunities.
    • Proven leadership within a cost management business.
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.

    Job Description

    • Conducting surveys to ascertain natural features and structures.
    • Operating land-information computer systems.
    • Reviewing survey information and analyzing data to determine locations.
    • Recording survey results and preparing reports.
    • Working on complex problems of diverse scope.

    Qualifications

    • Experience at a leadership level in a relevant business.
    • Proven track record in winning new work and managing teams.
    • Excellent industry networks and communication skills.
    • Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
    • Chartered Status with relevant institution.
    • Full UK driving licence.
