- Develops marketing campaigns creating lists of prospects through phone calls and data mining.
- Possesses excellent verbal communication skills demonstrated through constant contact and follow-up.
- Conducts market research and analyzes customer rating reports and questionnaires.
- Employs marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)Supports CRMG Advisors in organizing various projects.
- Updates spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
- Assists in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
- Composes, edits and formats CRMG marketing campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Well organized with a client-oriented approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team of professionals and build relationships with other firm Business Segments.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook along with Adobe programs, and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Detail oriented and able to analyze marketing trends to provide the appropriate recommendations to Advisors.
