    WHATDOES SUCCESS LOOKLIKE

    • Drive PeopleGrowth Initiatives: Analyse feedback and collaborate acrossdepartments to assess and enhance the impact of growth initiativesaligning with business objectives.
    • OnboardingImprovement: Regularly evaluate onboarding processes using insightsto refine and enhance the experience in alignment with thebrand.
    • Foster Learning Culture: Promote agrowth mindset particularly among entrylevel associates andcontribute to building an empowered learningculture.
    • Impactful Store Visits: Establish apresence in stores building relationships with teams and ensuringconsistency in values and experiential retail across alllocations.
    • Collaboration for Consistency: Workwith various departments to maintain a unified brand experiencecollaborating with regional or store managers forconsistency.
    • Content Creation and Management:Collaborate with department experts to create engaging learningcontent on our Internal learning platform organise and managecontent and monitor user engagement andrelevance.
    • Internal Communication: Coordinateand share information among teams manage communication channels andcollect feedback to ensure effective communication andunderstanding.
    • Workshop and Event Coordination:Manage logistics for workshops and events including venue selectiontravel scheduling and materialpreparation.
    • Positive Social and EnvironmentalImpact: Commit to optimising social and environmental impactsupporting charity partnerships and contributing to sustainabilityefforts in the role.
