Description

Responsible for the platform financial managements and controls; Manage the core financial functions including forecasting, quarterly and monthly performance reviews, annual budgeting, investment analysis and internal control, to ensure corporate and countrypolicies, methodologies and decision frameworks are appropriately implemented.

Participate in investment and capital markets strategies in real estate, formulate financing and fundraising plans, develop both traditional and nontraditional capital solutions.
Maintain and develop financing and fundraising channels in private equity/ real estate sector, develop and establish financing and fund raising systems and procedures, establish diversified financing channels, and assist relevant business negotiations.
Manage a team of finance professionals, including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, etc.
