We're hiring for a
Payroll Coordinator to contribute to the success of a fast growing, market leading manufacturer based in
Sheffield.

This is a full-time permanent position, with further opportunities to grow and develop within the company.


What's on offer?
- £24,000 - £28,000 per year

  • Friday 8:30am 5:00pm (early finish on Fridays)

What will you be doing as a Payroll Coordinator?

  • Administering monthly payroll through a combination of managed services and direct processing
  • Providing administrative support
  • Supporting the maintenance of the time and attendance system by resolving system issues
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
  • Handling monthly absences in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Overseeing the company pension scheme, including autoenrolments and payment processing
  • Digitising and organising HR documents through scanning and electronic filing into the HR system

What do you need?

  • Previous payroll experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • A knowledge of payroll operating systems
  • Experience using time & attendance systems
