- Responsible for the successful delivery of all elements of the central learning offer, which includes statutory and mandatory training (LMS), train the trainer and all outsourced provision
- Provide additional support, management & guidance to the LMS team in the delivery of key business projects, i.e. Signature Moves; DIB Training etc
- Evaluate demand and solution for robust L&D initiatives that continuously improve organisational performance and cultural transformation utilising either existing (group/local) or external resource
- Manage the vendors and consultants from a productivity, impact and value perspective
- Lead the team to maximise the impact and potential of the Train the Trainer community while growing its population
- A successful track record of leading a L&D team in the achievement of its common goals
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and cost control
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability for build rapport with employees and vendors
- Professional certification (e.g. CIPD) is advantageous
