Executive Talent Solutions are working with a fast growing lettings business to recruit a Commercial Property Lettings Manager.

The business is an innovative online based lettings agency with a great brand and rapidly growing customer base. They have some exciting growth plans for the next 3 years.


The successful Commercial Property Lettings Manager will be based in their central London office with regular off site client meetings in London as well as the opportunity to work from home.

A base salary of up to £45k is offered as well as a generous bonusscheme.


They own relationships with major High Street Landlords and Estates - winning new accounts and expanding existing ones to increase portfolio penetration and revenue generated.

Lead the function in achieving aggressive growth targets on acquisition and retentionas well as developing the overall acquisition strategy in our core market, working closely with the exec team on developing a blueprint that can be rolled out to new markets.


What you'll be doing:


  • Identify and approach potential landlords through various methods such as coldcalling, networking, and research
  • Build relationships with landlords and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements for property rentals
  • Conduct due diligence on potential properties, including evaluating market conditions, property conditions, and potential return on investment
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new landlords and properties
  • Collaborate with other departments such as property management, leasing and maintenance to ensure a smooth transition of new properties into the portfolio
  • Stay informed of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Meet and exceed established acquisition targets

Qualifications:


  • Requirements 5+ years experience in commercial property within London
  • Existing network of relationships and proven track record of successful landlord acquisition and negotiation experience
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and rental property industry
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills a people person, quickly able to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to perform market research and data analysis
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and goals
