    Princess Yachts are currently recruiting for CNC Machinist to work at their Coypool site here in Plymouth TODAY.

    CNC Machinist

    Basic Pay £11.06

    Overtime £

    We run various shift patterns ranging from

    Early shift Monday – Thursday

    Back shift am) Monday – Thursday

    Day shift Monday – Thursday

    Night shift Monday – Thursday

    Weekend shift (6.00 – Friday - Sunday

    Shift Premium is an additional £2.77 per hour for Back shift/ Night shift and Weekend shift

    Shift Premium is an additional 0.87p per hour for Early shift

    Pre-Entry Qualification/experience

    CNC programming/ extensive experience of machine activities. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship followed by 1 – 2 years post apprenticeship experience.

    Duties

    • To access programs for machines and amend/re-write programs as necessary
    • Write new programs as required for new components
    • Setting of machines prior to use
    • Cut material to size using a variety of machines
    • Shape, bend, fold, punch and drill components
    • Works with a wide range of information requiring some interpretation
    • Needs to be able to program a range of CNC machines – developing new products/programs as required on a frequent basis
