- Establish and oversee document control systems, processes, and procedures.
- Input document data accurately.
- Upload documentation files onto Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and FTP/Share Point sites.
- Coordinate document control activities, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Generate necessary document control reports.
- Ensure all stakeholders receive copies of the most recent approved documents and drawings.
- Maintain current records of all approved documents and drawings.
- Manage files and control logs as required by the project.
- Experience with Aconex/4 Projects or Asite.
- Previous experience in document control is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage workload.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Team player attitude
