- An understanding of PBX/Hosted telephone systems (Cloud)
- Experience using WLR ordering portal.
- Placing and managing Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP and Mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
- Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
- Regularly updating customers with fault progress and timescales
- Ensuring all internal systems are updated with provision changes.
- You are confident on the phone
- You enjoy multi-tasking and troubleshooting
- You are organised and self-motivate.
- You have a can-do attitude and a pro-active & practical approach to your work
- You treat client experience with the upmost importance
- You enjoy working in a team and are happy to help & learn about other teams in the business.
