    Although we are headquartered in Gibraltar, this is a full time, 100% remote position

    Our Graduate Programme runs for a period of 12 months giving successful graduates the opportunity to become a full time Xapien once the programme has concluded.

    This role would therefore be a 12 month contract.

    As a Finance Graduate Trainee at Xapo, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and accounts payable.

    You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to key finance initiatives while developing your skills and expertise.


    Accounting and Control:
    Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
    Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for various accounts.
    Contribute to the analysis of financial data and trends.
    Assist in internal and external audit activities.
    Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
    Assist in data gathering and analysis to support financial decision-making.
    Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.


    Accounts Payable:
    Maintain vendor accounts and address inquiries from vendors.
    Assist in optimising accounts payable processes and procedures.
    Prepare reports on accounts payable ageing and cash flow projections.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel is a must.
    Other financial software will be considered a plus.
    Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in finance.
