    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a part-time Care Assistants to join our team in Uckfield. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for care and the desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of elderly individuals. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their daily routines, offering both practical help and emotional support to ensure their well-being and comfort.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Plan and prepare meals according to specific dietary needs.
  • Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and activities that promote emotional well-being and mental stimulation.
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain a tidy and comfortable living environment.
  • Facilitate appointments and social outings, providing transportation when necessary.
  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or home environment.

    • Hours:

    Part-time hours to suit your needs and other commitments.

    • Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in care is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.

  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide professional references.
