    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ...
    You will be a dynamic, confident and ambitious Chef who is standards driven, strives for perfection and has a genuine drive and ambition.
    This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who has been either in charge and wants to move to a hotel or a number two in such a restaurant and would like to take on a challenge. You must have at least two years 2 AA Rosette experience.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
    Working together with your kitchen and front of house team, you will take charge of all aspects of the kitchen operation, completing the staff rotas, managing the team, running shifts and produce high quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience.
