About this role


At the forefront of sales operations promoting the BT brand onboarding BT local businesses and maintaining them throughout their in-life journey whilst providing expert advice and support to internal and external customers.


Offering pricing support and technical information at the same time ensuring that our contracts are fit for purpose and our customers journeys are starting on the right path.

Contributing on the reduction of lost/ broken orders, supporting lead to cash on all products whilst reducing order breakage.


You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Delivers detailed support in line with contractual agreements and executes for a variety of strategic projects to meet strategic objectives
  • Collaborates with other business segments to encourage knowledgesharing and continuous improvement, and builds relevant external partner, supplier, and consultant relationships.
  • Coordinates the development of processes to deliver value for 3rd party sales teams and help to develop a framework for technical support to ensure sharing of knowledge across different sites.
  • Guide and support teams with system errors and provide guidance on system use to reduce future errors
  • Share point design

  • Has a thirst to understand and learn their product's features and technical composition. Is aware of new technologies and the potential they provide.

  • Clear insight and robust RCA to sales & Operational teams to drive behaviour & process improvements in line with BT's internal processes, values, and regulatory guidelines.
