- Opportunity to earn significant total earnings – working week is based on 39 hours, the first 4 hours of overtime are paid at x1.5 and all hours worked above that are paid at x2.0.
- When factoring in all travel time is paid, the Commissioning Manager estimates 10-20 hours per week in overtime
- Experience in Tridium & Niagara software and controllers (other software knowledge will be considered but this is the preferred option)
- Experience of commissioning data centres – ideal background
- Cooling systems knowledge – desirable/nice to have experience
- Site commissioning of controls projects and system integration (BMS/Energy Monitoring/HVAC controls/upgrade works)
- Capable of understanding and modifying control strategies
- Understanding of BMS/DCIM and common communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of IT systems, servers and communication networks
- Competent electrical knowledge and capable of understanding electrical drawings
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
- Applicants must have a full UK driving licence
