Adecco are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join a professional and vibrant patient care contact centre team in one of the UK's leading independent private health care organisations based in Willerby.
Main Duties
- Managing inbound calls answering queries and providing up to date information
- Cancelling and rebooking appointments
- Following up on referrals
- Logging information and directing this to the correct department
- Updating and Inputting patient information
- Ensuring patients are aware of preappointment procedures
- Organising follow up appointments
- Coordinating with other departments
Interested applicants should have experience working within a high performing Customer Service team, be confident managing high volume calls and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
