Customer Service Advisor

Willerby

Full time 37.5 hours per week

Office based

£10.25 per hour

Start date - 29th March

Free Onsite parking


Adecco are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join a professional and vibrant patient care contact centre team in one of the UK's leading independent private health care organisations based in Willerby.


Main Duties

  • Managing inbound calls answering queries and providing up to date information
  • Cancelling and rebooking appointments
  • Following up on referrals
  • Logging information and directing this to the correct department
  • Updating and Inputting patient information
  • Ensuring patients are aware of preappointment procedures
  • Organising follow up appointments
  • Coordinating with other departments


Interested applicants should have experience working within a high performing Customer Service team, be confident managing high volume calls and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
