    Technical Projects Administrator - Chessington, Surrey FAFS Fire & Security specialise in designing, installing, commissioning and servicing automatic Fire Detection, Protection and Alarm Systems in and around Greater London.

    We are currently looking to appoint a new Technical Projects Administrator to be based out of our Head Office in Chessington, Surrey.

    Basic Salary - upto £23-24,000 per annum depending on experiencePension, Life Assurance & much more.

    - Please see our generous remuneration packages belowFAFS Fire & Security's Technical Projects Administrator'sWill support all the department staff project managers and engineers with day-to-day administration tasks to assist in the smooth running of the department:Work on our in-house process system (Cash for Windows) and other operation software such as SharePointProduce works documentation including Operation & Maintenance Manuals and AutoCAD drawingsSupport the projects department Schedule Engineers diariesMaintain engineer timesheets, labour allocation, training documentationUpdate and maintain procedural documentationReceive and distribute calls.

    Respond or redirect email enquiries ensuring they are routed to the correct member of the teamRaise Purchase OrdersProcess jobs through our process system, Cash for Windows system (Training provided)
