Hilldales Residential Care Home is a small friendly care home in Ilfracombe, North Devon. it is care home unlike any other. We provide care and support for adults with a range of needs.

Many of residents have led demanding, hard lives and often have a history of mental health issues and drug & alcohol problems.

They need and deserve sympathetic support in their daily lives.

You may already be working as part of a kitchen and looking for a new challenge, or maybe you have been searching for a role where you can get to know the people you cook for in order to improve your craft Whatever your background, you should be the type of person with an eye for food and appropriate skills to match your passion.

Supported by an excellent and experienced Kitchen Manager as well as our team of great colleagues, you will possess high standards and the ability to adapt on short notice based on the needs of our residents.

Ideally, you will be the type of person who is willing to come forward and offer direct hands-on support.

Someone who won't go home until they're happy that they have made sure no one in the home goes hungry and the kitchen is sanitised to an impeccable degree.

If you can work your way around a high intensity cooking environment, and leave work at the end of the shift proud of the work you have completed, then we want to hear from you.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

From £10.50 per hour
