What will I be doing?
This role provides a unique chance to play an essential role in a law firm, contributing to the comprehensive support offered by the team. You will be part of our successful legal support team, providing a blend of administrative support to the legal support and facilities department.
You will be managing meeting room arrangements, which includes booking rooms and ensuring the rooms are prepared with specialist equipment and refreshments.
You will also assist with DSE assessment administration, booking of business travel and access pass management in line with our policies
As a Workplace Assistant you will also be involved in Facilities projects such as assisting in the collection and presentation of data, which will require excellent written and verbal communication. You will also liaise with the Facilities Manager in relation to onsite deliveries and requests, so some light manual handling will be involved. You will provide front of house assistance when meeting clients and ordering any outside catering. Other administration tasks include ordering office consumables, managing postal requests and conducting office health & safety checks. No two days are the same
What do I need?
This is a busy role, requiring a high level of accuracy and the ability to switch between tasks. If you have a good administration background and are a confident communicator with the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner, then we would like to hear from you The best part?
