    Description

    Are you ready to step into a dynamic position at the intersection of tax compliance and advisory? Our client is seeking Senior Managers across the UK to work within their clients and hence play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their clients.


    As a Senior Manager in the hybrid in-house tax compliance and advisory role, you'll act as a strategic partner to clients' in-house tax and finance teams.

    Managing day-to-day tax matters for a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary contact.


    • Proactively engaging with key client stakeholders to discuss new projects, updates, and technical changes.
    • Identifying and addressing tax risks, opportunities, and challenges with practical, business-specific recommendations.
    • Providing expert guidance on tax technical queries, compliance obligations, and tax reporting.
    • Overseeing all aspects of tax projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Leading and mentoring a team of junior staff, fostering their development and growth.
    • Exposure to a broad range of clients and technical areas, with opportunities for specialisation and professional growth.
    • Continuous development of your technical, professional, and digital skills based on your interests and ambitions.
    • Mentorship from senior leaders to guide and direct your career trajectory.
    • Empowered flexibility with hybrid working arrangements tailored to accommodate your needs and client demands.
    • Strong UK corporate tax skills with a proven track record of success.
    • Preferably hold an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent) or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders and senior client personnel.
    • Ability to drive new business through referrals, networking, and client opportunity identification.
    • Effective delegation skills and a commitment to coaching junior staff.
