We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Support Worker position. LHRSP Lincoln Dispersed is a communitybased support service for people with complex needs using our 40 units of Dispersed Accommodation across Lincoln City.
We accommodate individuals for 6 months and work with them to get appropriate permanent accommodation. We work in partnership with various agencies providing support to address key problems with housing, benefits, debt, offending, substance misuse and help them develop knowledge, skills, and resilience to remain safe, well and independently in accommodation.
