    Job Description


    Supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) through the provision of generalist, proactive support on a range of employee relations issuesnProviding an efficient service for employees requiring guidance, help and advice in respect of Company policies and procedures and Employment legislationnCreating a positive employee relations approach; supporting, coaching and upskilling Managers to fulfil their people management responsibilitiesnProviding operational support and advice on employee relations matters; such as disciplinary, grievance, appeals.nSupporting with redundancy consultation processes and TUPE when necessary.nProactively dealing with absence management; assisting with the identification and resolution of problematic cases and long-term sickness issues, monitoring KPIs and trends to propose preventive measuresnManaging an allocated employee relations case loadnAssisting the team to support departments/teams through organisational change and embedding new structures and processes where requirednMaintain employment legislation knowledge to provide sound guidance and expertise to management.

    nWorking with the Management team to drive performance on key people metrics

    Qualifications

    Proven track record in a similar ER/HR rolenExperience of handling ER cases including disciplinary and grievance, appeals, absence management and redundancynUp to date knowledge of employment legislation including GDPRnHigh level of discretion and confidentialitynResilient, flexible, assertive, and confident in approachnEffective communication and interpersonal skillsnAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesnAbility to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workloadnExcellent stakeholder, people and change management skillsnGood analytical and systems skillsnCustomer focused approachnProblem solving ability in a fast-paced business
