They go above and beyond for their staff and provide opportunity for career progression within the company – this is an opportunity not to be missed Be responsible for ensuring compliance is set out in line with CQC guidelines.
Wiliness to work towards or willing to undertake NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent.
Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards for CQC registered services, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services.
Able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.Experience of providing effective supervision, leadership, and management of staff.
Must have experience of directly working with people with mental health/learning disabilities or associated needs.
Demonstrable leadership quality's ability to effectively manage performance and conduct of others.
Competitive salary of £29, , 000 PA
