    Are you a Senior Nurse or Unit Manager ready for a fresh challenge? We've got an exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse in West Dunbartonshire. The role is with a private healthcare group that runs a highly-rated nursing, residential and palliative care home. This Charge Nurse role offers an impressive salary of up to £53,000 per annum, with an hourly rate up to £23.23.

    Our client is a leading private healthcare group, operating a 60-bed nursing, residential and palliative care home in West Dunbartonshire. The home is rated "Good" in all areas by the CQC, and is committed to providing the highest standard of care to its residents.

    As a Charge Nurse, you'll be:
    • Providing specialist nursing support and advice, stepping in for the Home Manager when needed.
    • Managing a team of RGN's and care staff, leading by example and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
    • Assisting in running the service, contributing to the smooth operation of the home.
    The ideal candidate for the Charge Nurse role will be:
    • A Registered General Nurse with experience in elderly care.
    • Equipped with excellent clinical skills.
    • Committed to maintaining high standards of care.
    • Ready to lead a team of RGN's and care staff.
    If you're a Nurse that has worked in a supervisory role within a similar setting this role could be suitable for you.
