On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner to deal with Private Family Law to take on an existing caseload.
Financial settlements upon divorce, separation and civil partnership dissolutionChildren (including contact, residence, relocation and parental responsibility)
Our client has adopted a hybrid working model going forward, this is a full-time role which will include a minimum of two office days a week.
They have a case management software, digital dictation etc.The salary is very competitive salary and dependent upon experience.
This role will be based in Truro, close to car parking and public transport links, with the office convenientlylocated just metres away from the main Courts.
