    Internal Sales Representative


    Mission of the position:


    As a crucial member of the sales team in the region, play a proactive role in achieving the expected volume, revenue, market share, and business profit targets.



    Key responsibilities:
    • Manage and nurture both new and existing customers in specific areas.
    • Act as a bridge and support for internal/external sales functions, the broader commercial team, and customer services center.
    • Contribute to the business objective of increasing sales, enhancing quality, minimizing complaints, achieving high customer satisfaction, and becoming the preferred supplier for clients.

    Main duties:


    • Collaborate with territory sales managers to maximize sales through volume, revenue, and product assortment.
    • Take the lead in actively seeking new business opportunities in the region through prospecting and utilizing tools like Barbour ABI and LinkedIn for identifying potential leads.
    • Manage regional accounts efficiently using suitable sales tools and ensuring that all customer interactions are noted via Arvensis and/or CRM.
    • Handle end-to-end account management, including addressing queries and complaints for relevant accounts.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on all quotations entered into the system, keeping a record of successful and unsuccessful bids while archiving completed or lost job quotes.
    • Coordinate with various departments to manage administrative tasks related to local government bids or substantial contracts.
    • Collaborate with the cash sales team to ensure proper qualification and pricing of all opportunities.
    • Prepare reports such as GZ and ancillary pricing.
    • Provide support to TSM/FSM on special projects as needed.
    • Attend and actively participate in regional team meetings.

    Education/Qualifications:


    Good educational background (GCSE's/A level/Diploma) with a working knowledge of standard software packages.
