You'll put the customer at the heart of everything we do and own and be critical in driving our ambitious plans includingplanning and building of inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive and accelerate growth.

You'll be trusted to advise us on what works best and why in a positive culture where your contribution is valued.
You'll be ableto mentor and inspire others in the team and also manage our digital marketing executive.This role is being offered on a hybrid basis, with visits to the Howden offices every month.
What you'll be doing:
- Evaluating our overall marketing capabilities, refining our approach, and deploying innovative ways for measurable growth as well as owning the delivery of top of the funnel activity, marketing qualified lead (MQL) goals and revenue forecasts for digitalcampaigns to build targeted strategies.
- Designing and implementing optimised, customercentric, digital user journeys to increase engagement and lead conversion.
- Developing and implementing impactful integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Leading on PPC, CPC, Affiliate and SEO initiatives.
- Managing the company websites?to maximise customer engagement and improve its usability, design, content, and conversion.
- Overseeing the content strategy in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Analysis of endtoend customer experience across all digital channels.
- Growth marketing testing approach to every activity and campaign ensuring full optimisation and measurable impact.

What we need from you:
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
- Knowledge of modern marketing methodologies, marketing automation technology, segmentation techniques, and campaign analytics.
- Project Management skills.
- Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers.
- Proficient in CMS, B2B social media platforms, Google Analytics & eDM tools.
- Experience in utilizing and leveraging leading analytics, search, traffic, and other media tools.
