Interim HR Advisor, Warrington, 3-month FTC, FTE £35,000 - £40,000

I am delighted to be supporting our client on an exclusive basis who is currently seeking an HR Advisor to help support through a period of growth and change.

As HR Advisor you will be a true generalist and be part of a small HR team. This role will be initially for 3 months as the HR processes are currently being defined.

You can expect to support with the operational BAU workload covering the entire lifecycle aswell as supporting with shaping and defining the HR and people plan.

Our client is growing so they need someone who is proactive, adaptable to change and is forward thinking in their approach to HR.

You will support with everything from recruitment and onboardingto employee relations and will need to be comfortable and happy in the detail.

You will support with putting robust processes in place and making recommendations in line with best practice.
