    Description
    We are recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing company based in Pocklington, East Yorkshire. This is a full time and permanent role.

    This role offers a 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, 4 x 12 hour shifts - No Fridays or weekends or nights The shifts are 6am to 6pm.


    The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role involves:

    • Mechanical and Electrical maintenance on all machinery
    • Working on large heavy machinery, conveyors, mixers, robotic palletisers, PLC's etc.
    • Increase efficiency through thorough execution of PPM planned maintenances schedules
    • Help maintain quality of engineering stores via correct usage and communications
    • Utilising CMMS for planned and unplanned maintenance
    • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customer departments
    • Assist with implementation of engineering projects/cost effective repairs
    • Previous electrical maintenance experience (preferably 2yrs or more)
    • Time served apprenticeship / Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in maintenance engineering with mechanical or electrical bias
    • Good Fault finding and root cause analysis skills
    • A good understanding and experience of BOTH mechanical and electrical maintenance
    • Computer literacy

    Salary:
    £46000 to £48000 per year depending on experience
