Description

A Multinational Energy Company based in Reading office is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a contract basis for 8 months.

(Extension highly likely)


Duties:

Mainly dealing with business customers / internal teams

  • Responding to enquiries
  • Logging information and updating databases
  • Looking at customers Financials
  • Admin Support for the team
  • Credit Vetting Customers
  • Will need to have customer Service Experience
  • Financial Background preferred but not essential


Looking for people with excellent IT skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, work on own initiative, manage own workload.


Role will be remote to start (training may be at the office depending on restrictions) but will then move to a flexi office / remote role as soon as is deemed safe to do so.
