Job Summary:
This position is required to report to the SHI London office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies that align with the company's mission and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ESG programs are integrated across all facets of the business.
- Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data for reporting purposes.
- Lead the development and publication of annual ESG reports and other disclosures.
- Monitor emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of sustainability practices.
- Engage with partners, customers, employees, and other stakeholders on ESGrelated inquiries and initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to effectively communicate the company's ESG performance and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to employees at all levels on ESG matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in corporate sustainability, ESG, CSR, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ESG reporting standards and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
- Strong understanding of ESG issues and trends.

- Strong leadership skills across a matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in implementing a corporatewide sustainability program.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Advanced Presentation and Reporting skills.
- Demonstrable history of managing and developing highperformance teams.
- Execellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
Certifications Required:
- ESG Reporting Certifications preferred
