This position is required to report to the SHI London office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies that align with the company's mission and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ESG programs are integrated across all facets of the business.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data for reporting purposes.
  • Lead the development and publication of annual ESG reports and other disclosures.
  • Monitor emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of sustainability practices.
  • Engage with partners, customers, employees, and other stakeholders on ESGrelated inquiries and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to effectively communicate the company's ESG performance and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees at all levels on ESG matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field or relevant work experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years in corporate sustainability, ESG, CSR, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ESG reporting standards and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
  • Strong understanding of ESG issues and trends.

  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in implementing a corporatewide sustainability program.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced Presentation and Reporting skills.
  • Demonstrable history of managing and developing highperformance teams.
  • Execellent project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.

Certifications Required:

  • ESG Reporting Certifications preferred
