HOT DESK - salary up to £45k + high OTE potential.

Hot Permanents desk doing £300k+ annually
Average fee £57k
Numerous existing accounts with high demand
Delivery / networking skills rather than hardcore sales
Potential for further growth
Realistic OTE of £90k+

This is a new opportunity to take over a very successful desk working in the Audio Visual / Technology sector.

Demand is flooding in from Live Events, Musical Festivals, Conference Centres to Video Walls in banks and Home-Cinema installs in high-end properties.

You will be supplying Perm and Contract staff across the UK and Overseas.

My client is looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join the business. Your sector experience is not important but ideally you will come from a Temp / Contract recruitment background.

You will need to be a proactive individual who can meet current demands and open new doors through strong networking and account development.

JOB - Recruitment Consultant - Technical / Engineering

Joining an established team, you will be responsible for meeting current high demand and further developing the agency's presence in the AV / Technology sectors
This is a thriving division with established client relationships
You will be engaging with major Corporates, Festivals, the Banking Community and the IT / Comms sectors across the UK and Internationally
You will be leveraging off the existing client base to develop relationships whilst prospecting for new client opportunities

CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - Technical / Engineering

My client is open to sector background
Able to demonstrate a successful career to date with evidence of selfgenerated billings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all levels
