The Role
Main Grade Lecturer – Business
35 Hour per week
£32,319 - £40,077
We are currently seeking a Business Lecturer to join our Academic Studies department. As part of this role you will contribute to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice. You will create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. You will work alongside a motivated team of lecturers to enthuse students by making the subject content relevant and current with a strong link to employers and the local economy.
You will be required to monitor each student's academic performance and provide feedback for improvements, supervise and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals. We offer a range of courses including L1, L2 and L3 BTEC Business, AS and A2 Business and HNC business. There are plans in the future to develop T- Levels in this area. Our cohort is a mixture of 16-18 year olds and adult learners. Applications from ECTs are welcomed.
