Primary Responsibilities

Managing the OTIF Performance of Planning and OSP
To manage all aspects of the Production Order Book
WIP Jobs and Planned Orders.
To be capable of managing the Planning of any Production Process.
To Balance the Workloads of the assigned Production Process area in conjunction with rest of the Planning Team and their respective Production process responsibilities.
To be the first point of contact for the Customer Services Team, handling requests from Customers for schedule amendments.
To issue Production Plans on time to meet the Internal On Time in Full process targets
Responsible for collecting and issuing details for the Daily Planning Report

Knowledge & Experience:

Knowledge and understanding of Kawneer's complete Manufacturing Process from receipt of Raw Materials to despatch of Finished Product.
Excellent P.C. Skills specific knowledge of Microsoft Primary Business Packages.
Proficient Oracle User.
Good analytical skills, particularly the ability to comprehend the subsequent effect of any actions in one area having on another.
Excellent communication skills to manage external supplier relationships
Extremely customer focused
