Production Planner to join
Kawneer in
Runcorn.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing the OTIF Performance of Planning and OSP
  • To manage all aspects of the Production Order Book
  • WIP Jobs and Planned Orders.
  • To be capable of managing the Planning of any Production Process.
  • To Balance the Workloads of the assigned Production Process area in conjunction with rest of the Planning Team and their respective Production process responsibilities.
  • To be the first point of contact for the Customer Services Team, handling requests from Customers for schedule amendments.
  • To issue Production Plans on time to meet the Internal On Time in Full process targets
  • Responsible for collecting and issuing details for the Daily Planning Report

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Knowledge and understanding of Kawneer's complete Manufacturing Process from receipt of Raw Materials to despatch of Finished Product.
  • Excellent P.C. Skills specific knowledge of Microsoft Primary Business Packages.
  • Proficient Oracle User.
  • Good analytical skills, particularly the ability to comprehend the subsequent effect of any actions in one area having on another.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage external supplier relationships
  • Extremely customer focused

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Runcorn, WA7 1QQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
