Description
Your main duties & responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the 360 recruitment process including using a varied approach whilst sourcing to ensure the best talent is brought into the business
- Working closely with hiring managers for all vacancies throughout entire process including vacancy briefing, interview scheduling and feedback
- Partner with stakeholders including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure all processes are in line with the company's People strategies
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to analyse current TA framework and identify process improvements that could be made
What you need to succeed:
- Experience using an ATS system
- Specialist experience within early talent recruitment
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Able to adapt to a fastpaced environment and manage competing priorities.
