Customer Support Agent - £25K - Southgate London

Overview:

An opportunity has arisen in one of the largest providers of telecoms services in the UK.

Our client are seeking Customer Support Agent's to bring empathy and amazing customer service to help resolve technical issue's for their customers.

If you have a backgroundin care giving such as healthcare or care work, this would make you a great fit for the role.


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues
  • Demonstrate amazing practice in customer service
  • Deal with multiple enquiries at once
  • Assist customers in resolving queries within agreed KPI's
  • Prioritise and manage tasks effectively
  • Perform tasks with a logical approach

About you:


  • Strong communication and logical thinking
  • Empathic nature
  • Previous care, call center or 1st line support experience (preferred)
  • Keen eye for detail
