I am currently recruiting for a contract Administrator/Team Coordinator to support two Exec Directors for a Non-Profit organisation located in Woking on a contractual basis of 6 months with a view of extension/permanent.
Responsibilities will include meeting and report preparation, diary co-ordination, administration of purchases on SAP and making travel arrangements
Key skills required:
- Experience providing effective administrative support to multiple senior people, in various time zones
- Experience of managing the diaries, meeting preparation, international travel itineraries and visas for senior executives
- Experience of preparing agendas, minutes and reports, ensuring they are delivered to high quality and on time
- Use of SAP or similar finance system to manage procurement and expenses
- Experience of swiftly becoming an effective member of a busy team within a complex organisation and adapting to new administrative systems and processes
