I am currently recruiting for a contract Administrator/Team Coordinator to support two Exec Directors for a Non-Profit organisation located in Woking on a contractual basis of 6 months with a view of extension/permanent.

This role will provide executive assistance and administrative support to two international Directors and their management teams. The postholder will provide high quality, timely and accurate administrative service.

Responsibilities will include meeting and report preparation, diary co-ordination, administration of purchases on SAP and making travel arrangements


Key skills required:


  • Experience providing effective administrative support to multiple senior people, in various time zones
  • Experience of managing the diaries, meeting preparation, international travel itineraries and visas for senior executives
  • Experience of preparing agendas, minutes and reports, ensuring they are delivered to high quality and on time
  • Use of SAP or similar finance system to manage procurement and expenses
  • Experience of swiftly becoming an effective member of a busy team within a complex organisation and adapting to new administrative systems and processes
